Update
Users may encounter occasional login difficulties, but success rates have improved for those previously unable to log into Tulip. Azure is actively recovering nodes and rerouting traffic to healthy ones. Customers can expect continued improvements as this process unfolds. Azure anticipates full mitigation within the next four hours.

Monitoring
Azure initiated the deployment of their 'last known good' configuration. They expect this to be fully deployed in approximately 30 minutes, at which point customers should begin to see initial signs of recovery.
Once this deployment is complete, Azure's next step will be to recover nodes and route traffic through these healthy nodes.
The Azure team continues to work on resolving the issue. However, a full recovery ETA is not available at this time.
